At home encourage healthy habits by...
Eating a healthy diet, getting a good night’s sleep, encouraging good hygiene, appropriate dress and frequent hand washing.
Children should stay home from school and the parent should contact the school health office if their child has had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days for further guidance:

• Fever of 100.0 or above
• Cough
• Sore Throat
• Shortness of breath
• Diarrhea
• Vomiting
• Runny Nose/Congestion
• Body or Muscle Aches
